Child Care Resources is expanding its child care scholarship and referral services to 16 additional counties. Service region includes Beaverhead, Broadwater, Carbon, Deer Lodge, Flathead, Gallatin, Granite, Jefferson, Lake, Lewis and Clark, Lincoln, Madison, Meagher, Mineral, Missoula, Park, Powell, Ravalli, Sanders, Silver Bow, Stillwater, Sweetgrass, and Wheatland counties. CCR has highly skilled, experienced team members in our Missoula office to train and support new colleagues. Will prioritize candidates in the Kalispell, Helena, Butte, and Bozeman areas to facilitate meeting with families.

Eligibility Specialist II
Attention to detail, accuracy, proficient math skills, ability to follow policy/procedure to determine initial and continuing eligibility for child care scholarships. Two years of computer experience, including database applications, accurate typing and 10-key skills are required. Experience with income eligibility determination or bookkeeping preferred, Customer service skills with diverse populations is required--but this is not a social work position.
Fulltime. Hybrid - primarily remote with occasional in-person meetings with clients in an office. Must live in CCR’s service region. Remote/home office must have visual and audio privacy and wi-fi.
$20 – 24/hour plus benefits. Open until filled.

Liaison with state partners. Customer service skills with diverse populations is required--but this is not a social work position.

$18-20/hour plus benefits. Open until filled.
