Registration Policies
Preregistration and prepayment are required to ensure we have materials and space available for all participants.
Additionally, we encourage Professional Development Incentive Award recipients and those of you with upcoming license renewals to register early, as we cancel classes when we do not have at least six participants registered one week prior to the class.

Please make other arrangements for care for your children. Children are not allowed; our classroom is intended for adult education and is not an appropriate environment for children.
Drop-in Participants
If you come to a class without registering beforehand, “drop-in students,” may attend only if there is space available in that class. Handouts and other materials may not be available for you at that time, so you may need to pick up the materials at a later date. Instructors are not able to accept payments at class so you will need to log into the registration site and pay online for the class.
Location
Our courses are held in Missoula at the CCR office unless otherwise noted. Some courses in Missoula may be moved to a larger location if demand exists and the courses can be effectively delivered to a larger audience. All registrants will be notified if a location is changed.
Cancellation Policies
If you need to cancel your participation in a class for any reason, you must contact us at CCR 48 hours in advance to obtain a refund unless otherwise noted on the registration page. (This allows us to make room for other participants who may be on a waiting list.) If fewer than six people are registered one week before a class is scheduled to begin, we will cancel the class. Occasionally we must cancel classes due to weather conditions or instructor illness. When CCR cancels, we contact all registered students and issue payment credits.
